Responsibilities:
* Administration and technical support:
o 1C:Fresh (access, backups, user support)
o Odoo CRM (configuration, user support, integrations)
o Microsoft 365 (Business Account) (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
o Google Workspace (administration of email, drives, calendars)
• Participation in business process automation, implementation of new IT solutions
• Configuration and support of network infrastructure (VPN, printers, routers)
• User support (assistance with hardware, software, accounts)
• Ensuring cybersecurity, backup, access, and data protection
• Maintaining documentation on IT systems, compiling instructions for employees

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in system administration
• Understanding of 1C:Enterprise architecture (experience with 1C:Fresh is desirable)
• Experience with Odoo CRM (or similar ERP/CRM systems)
• Proficient skills with Google Admin Console, Microsoft 365 Admin
• Knowledge of Windows
• Responsibility, independence, ability to work in a team.
