Responsibilities:
Searching for and filling the database (DB) to make cold calls.
Cold calls to clients from prepared DBs.
Organizing the collection of information on demand for goods, reasons for its change (increase, decrease), analyzes the needs of buyers.
Identifying potential and prospective buyers of goods (wholesale and retail trade enterprises, other intermediaries, etc.) and establishing business contacts.
Conducting sales negotiations with buyers in the following areas: providing general information about goods and their properties; introducing criteria for evaluating goods that are significant for sales; eliminating doubts about the unfavorable properties of goods; informing about demand for goods and consumer reviews of goods; identifying potential needs of buyers; etc.
Participation in exhibitions, forums.
Conducting initial negotiations with clients.
Preparing an initial commercial proposal.
Conducting a presentation of a product or services to a client.
Agreeing individual prices with the customer and financial services.
Preparing a business case for the client's profitability to assess the possible discount limit.
Coordinating the supply/service agreement with the client and the company's lawyers.
Ensuring that the agreement with the client is signed.
Ensuring that the accounting department and the archive receive the original agreement.
Ensuring that payments are made by clients.
Preparing an order to start manufacturing the goods or providing services.
Ensuring that signed documents are received from the client.
Receiving claims from the client regarding the quality of the goods or services and forwarding the claims to the required department (depending on the type of claim).
Ensuring that the goods are delivered to the client or that work is carried out at the client's site.
Ensuring that the client makes monthly payments.
Planning sales volumes for future periods.
Preparing data for calculating commission fees.
Monitoring specialized websites and trading platforms for announcements of state and commercial open competitions, tenders, and electronic auctions.
Procedure for providing organizational, administrative and other documents for participation in competitions;
Requirements:
at least 3 years of work experience
knowledge of English
